  • Essential Oil: Frankincense. As a gift to baby Jesus,
Frankincense is indeed wrapped in mystery. It's not only an
excellent mosquito, flee, tick and fly repellent, but it is an
antiseptic, astringent, carminative (to prevent formation of
gas in the gastrointestinal tract), diuretic, sedative, tonic
and expectorant. It has a grounding aroma that's often used
in meditation. Frankincense may help rejuvenate aging skin,
and is effective with bacterial and fungal infections.

  • Essential Oil: Myrrh.  Also mentioned in the bible, Myrrh
(botanical name  "Commiphora myrrha") has a warm, rich,
spicy balsamic aroma. Oil of Myrrh comes from the resin of
small, thorny tree species of the genus Commiphora. This
essential oil is an oleoresin or natural gum. Oddly Myrrh is
