#3: Cannabis oil improves complexion and hair.
Did you know you can use cannabis oil for your hair? Cannabis oil
is a fountainhead of vitamins including Vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B6,
C, D, and E, to name a few! For application on the skin it's always
best to choose
organic cannabis oil. While Cannabis essential oil
is supportive of mild skin conditions or as an oil for all types of
massage to relieve muscles, hemp seed oil is also great for both.

Hemp seed oil is very nutrient rich for both skin and hair. It is a
natural antioxidant, and the oil doesn't stick to your skin as many
oils have a tendency to do. Unique from other plant extractions,
hemp oil contains the perfect balance of Omega 3 and Omega 6
essential fatty acids. These fatty acids are critical for optimal skin
health. Hemp oil is also a great source of linolic acid, an omega 6
fatty acid that reduces inflammation and aids in acne treatment.
Potassium and calcium are also found in hemp seed oil products,
making it even healthier for your skin.

  • Use cannabis oil or hemp oil for healthier skin. Hemp seed
oil contains ceramides. Ceramides are lipids (fats) that
support cellular membranes ~ these are the good" oils that
the body needs  Cellular membranes are the gates that allow
substances to exit or enter a cell. In hair, ceramides help
prevent excess moisture from leaving the cells. Consuming
hemp oil or doing a weekly hemp oil mask can greatly
improve the moisture quality of your hair. This means shiny,
healthy locks. These ceramides in cannabis oil in particular
are absorbent and emollient to help prevent skin dryness.

#4: Reduces glaucoma and macular degeneration.
Seniors can benefit from cannabis oil use in many ways. Cannabis
helps eye health, which is another reason cannabis oil is great for
seniors.
Marijuana is an effective ocular hypotensive agent,
according to an abstract published in the U.S. National Library of
Medicine, National Institutes of Health.

In short, cannabis really can reduce glaucoma and prevent
macular degeneration. Cannabis reduces the pressure inside the
eye, albeit temporarily. Even so, don't expect the Glaucoma
Foundation to support the findings. They simply don't want
patients to self-treat glaucoma.

#5: Cannabis oil promotes sleep and relaxation.
If you're having insomnia, put cannabis oil to good use! Cannabis
oil can improve sleep in part by setting a relaxed mode and
reducing anxiety. For
insomnia, give cannabis a go!

Cannabis is also well known for helping to treat insomnia.

#6: Relieves pain, such as headaches and arthritis.
A surprise use of cannabis oil is that it can help arthritis pain
naturally ~ arthritis suffers long have reported pain reduction.

Cannabis for pain is well documented in medical abstracts
.

Hemp is a rich source of gamma-linolic acid (GLA), an omega 6
fatty acid. Studies have shown that GLA is useful in helping the
body balance hormones. For women, supplementing with GLA can
help ease premenstrual syndrome. They may also reduce
cramping and pain during menstruation.

Both hemp oil and cannabis oil can help relieve pain from tension
headaches or as a
natural remedy for arthritis. Hemp oil in
particular, contains a variety of plant sterols and plant alcohols ~
these compounds reduce inflammation, which is a common factor
in many different diseases and pain.

  • Use hybrid cannabis for headaches and nervous tension.
Blue Dream hybrid cannabis has a sweet, berry aroma has
been known to give swift relief from headaches pain, as well
as fatigue, nausea and general stress.

  • Use hemp oil to ease the pain of arthritis. Hemp oil is ideal
for arthritis relief. Right is InMotion Hemp Pain Relief Cream.
A is a topical analgesic for arthritis, as well as tendinitis,
back, knee, muscle, foot, and elbow pain.  Many are worried
when they hear a product is related to THC, Hemp, Cannabis,
however, InMotion Hemp Pain Relief Cream is completely
legal in all states. It’s impossible to "get high' from the use
of it. It will not show up on any urine test. It is non-
psychoactive, and not addicting. It also won't give you the
    cravings or the “munchies.”

#7: Stimulates appetite and improves gut health.
Cannabis is well known for stimulating appetite for patients with
a variety of diseases, such as Hepatitis C and Crohn's disease. In
so doing, it also helps promote gut health!

  • Hemp seed butter. 100% Pure Hempspread is a creamy,
smooth butter made of hemp seeds. Its’ rich green color is
made by the natural green oils of the pressed seeds. With a
flavor similar to pine nuts but distinctively hemp. Delicious
when spread on breads, fruit, or veggies. It is also the key
ingredient to creating delicious raw hemp dressings, dips,
smoothies and sauces. See our recipes for more ideas! Hemp
seeds have been considered one of Earth’s most nutritious
staple foods for over 5,000 years

  • Hemp seed. The pure virgin hemp seed oil pictured right,
contains a beneficial amount of amino acids, a vitamin E, as
well as potassium and calcium. It is rich in not only Omega-3
and Omega-6, but also Omega-9 ~ this will allow hemp seed
oil to moisturize your skin and keep it healthy - and it does
    this without clogging your pores.

You may as well get baked with the

#8: Cannabis oil treats cancer.
According to author Elizabeth Ashley, "In 2009 cannabidiol,
breeders created a medicine, that in test tubes kills cancer cells,
but doesn’t alter the perception of reality as medical marijuana
would." In her book Cannabis the secret healer, she discusses
using cannabis medicines for aromatherapy, including CBD-rich
hemp oil, hemp essential on and hemp seed oil.

As a treatment for cancer cannabis oil is well known ~ it's the
cannabinoids in the marijuana plant that inhibits tumor growth ~
but the fact that cannabis can kill cancer has been supressed. The
U.S. Food and Drug Administration hasn't approved Cannabis as a
treatment for cancer or any other medical condition, though
commercially available cannabinoids, such as dronabinol and
nabilone, are approved drugs for the treatment of cancer-related
side effects.

Dronabinol is for nausea related to chemotherapy and is approved
by the US Food and Drug Administration for use. You won't yet be
able to purchase Dronabinol through Amazon, so you'll need to
ask your doctor.

The FDA only wants to approve man-made drugs from which
American drug manufacturers can profit and control. The tides are
turning; however, as states like California are opening up to
cannabis oil. Nature has had the answer all along.

While it's not currently legal to treat cancer with cannabis oil,
there's plenty of proof the cannabis oil is a cancer fighter:

  • Leukemia: A family administered cannabinoid extracts orally
to their child, an acute lymphoblastic leukiemia patient, as
noted in a case study. As outlined in the abstract published
by the U.S. Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health,
the cannabis extract was an effective leukemia treatment.

Patients having remarkable responses to cannabis as an
anticancer agent. Cannabis oil is an amazing substance, but don't
try to make it yourself or buy some on the street. There are many
factors that could contribute to a poor quality product. Homemade
products are more susceptible to:
  • biological contaminants such as E. coli,
  • residual solvents from the extraction process and
  • pesticides.

Besides, federal law currently prohibits the possession of
Cannabis. It's illegal in the United States, except within approved
research settings.

#10: Cannabis oil offers pain relief.
One of the primary medical uses of cannabis oil is for relieving
pain, though admittedly it needs more study. Skip the opiods!
You can use cannabis oil for chronic pain and inflammation, as
well as for emergency pain relief.

Hemp seed oil is not the same as cannabis oil!
Hemp oil and cannabis oil are not the same! Hemp oil is extracted
from the seeds of the cannabis plant, and has a variety of uses.
Our ancestors commonly used hemp seed oil as oil for their
lamps, and as a drying oil for paints, and as a wood varnish.

Cannabis Sativa Hemp Oil, right, by NakedOil, is food and
therapeutic grade, cold pressed. 'Cannabis Sativa' Hemp Oil  is a
low temperature oil and should not be cooked. You can use it as
a toss to a salad or pasta dish or as an addition to smoothies.

Hemp oil is very nutritious:
Hemp not only contains all of the essential amino acids and
essential fatty acids necessary for human life, it also contains a
unique protein called globule edestin, which is similar to globulin
in human blood plasma. Hemp is also considered to be the most
balanced oil for nutrition found in nature and it is easily
digestible, too.

  • Hemp oil promotes hormone balance.
  • Hemp has valuable Super Omega-3 and Super Omega-6,
which can help the body metabolize fat.
  • Hemp seed oil possesses powerful anti-inflammatory and
    antioxidant properties.

Benefits and Uses of cannabis oil and hemp seed oil

Did you know cannabis oil is legal?
Is Cannabis oil legal? Yes, Cannabis oil is legal! It's not only
legal, but it's readily available as a safe and non-addictive
natural remedy. Hemp cannabis is probably the most useful plant
on earth. It not only is a source of food (hemp seed), and as a
fiber for clothing, canvas, paper, and construction, but cannabis
heals!

  • Food: Hemp seeds are high in omega 3 fats and proteins.
What's more, eating seeds or smoking hemp can help boost
    appetite.

  • Fiber: Did you know the pioneers used hemp for canvas on
their covered wagons and as a fiber for their clothing? As
well, 75% to 90% of all paper was cannabis hemp fiber in
    the late 1800s.

  • Healing: The cannabis oil cover-up continues from the food
and drug administration, though researches have known for
years that cannabis kills cancer cells! A component of
cannabis, THC, has well documented anti-cancer properties.
It's non-toxic and has many benefits. It not only does not
cause cancer to smoke, but cannabis is a viable option for
    cancer healing. It promotes sleep!

It's high time you learn about cannabis oil (and hemp seed oil).
Cannabis oil is a miraculous plant oil that has many benefits and
uses for preppers...

Cannabis oil benefits and uses!
Learn how to use Cannabis oil and hemp! It's legal and you can
take advantage of
cannabis oil now even before California allows
recreational use of cannabis in 2018.

flowers and leaves of the Cannabis sativa plant.

Here are the benefits of cannabis oil:

#1: Cannabis oil enhances mood.
One way to use cannabis oil is for your mood. Cannabis oil can
help with the stresses and strains of over-exertion and aging. It
's a complex and often misunderstood botanical that blends well
topically or diffused with calming
lavender essential oil, purifying
lemon
essential oil or invigorating Sweet orange oil to boost
mood!

  • Use Blue Dream Cannabis Hybrid for a creative euphoria!
Blue Dream crosses Blueberry Indica with Haze (sativa) to
create a sativa-dominant hybrid ~ it's most popular strain for
elevating one’s mood. True Terpene Blue Dream, pictured
right provides a euphoric, cerebral and energizing formula. It
delivers this calming and creative euphoria without a
    sedative effect.

  • How to use Blue Dream: Terpenes make up the herbal
portion of a strain's flavor and aroma and contribute to
each strain's overall effect. Terpenes must be diluted
prior to use for flavor and effect. Since terpenes are oil
soluble and mix well with plant extracts, coconut oil,
makes a great carrier for topical use. You'll enjoy the
concentrated essence of Blue Dream in the palm of your
    hand.

  • Use also Hemp oil to boost mood. Yet another benefit of
essential fatty acids is mood health. Several studies have
shown that Omega 3 supplementation can improve
symptoms in bipolar disorder. Others have found
improvements in ADD/ADHD as well as autism. This could be
because essential fatty acids are critical to maintaining brain
function. Endocannabinoids are also essential for mood. The
endocannabinoid system regulates the release of
neurotransmitters, some of which play major roles in
conditions like depression and anxiety. As mentioned
previously, endocannabinoids are made from fat. Consuming
extra essential fatty acids gives your body the ability to
    produce these lipids.

#2: Cannabis oil helps manages Epilepsy.
Another way to use cannabis oil is for Epilepsy. Cannabis oil is
known as a miracle botanical, thanks to the THC! Medical
cannabis use includes treatment for epilepsy. While it's not
without controversy, there are many who claim cannabis is a
lifesaver. Here's one family who uses cannabis oil to control
epilepsy:
