How to harness essential oils for allergy relief

Essential oils can provide relief.
When you dilute and apply the proper mix of essential oils to the
skin with a carrier oil or use in baths, or with diffusers or steam
inhalations, you will find allergy relief.

Some essential oil companies provided blends that relieve
allergies. You can use them in a diffuser, or put them on a
special essential oil necklace to provide relief.

  • plantain oil ~ plantain oi

  • ravensara oil ~ Ravensara oil blends well with clove bud,
    eucalyptus, lavender and rosemary and is an essential oil
    best diffused. It's known to give a hefty boost to your
    immune system so at the first hint of a scratchy throat
    diffuse it or massage into feet. With a spicy and complex
    floral aroma, use ravensara oil only with caution because of
    its potency. Diffuse ravensara oil to take advantage of its
    antiviral and antimicrobial properties, and to relax. The oil
    promotes tranquility. Be sure to heavily dilute the oil if you
    apply to the skin.

  • rosemary oil ~ rosemary oil
